Pierre Louvrier is a Private Equity and M&A professional who has specialized in the mid market for 15 years. Aside from being a Board Member of Rusgrain Holding (Bloomberg Code: RUGR RU,Reuters Code: RUGRI.RTS), he is a Board Member for ASC Group, Russia's #5 Car Distributor and has stakes in 17 companies across Europe (including in CIS country) whose take-over he originated and structured.
