Oleg Lobanov was born on 10 October 1965 in Moscow. Graduated from Physics Department of the Moscow State University on 1989. He worked in banking business from 1995 to 1999 on various management positions in Inkombank, National Reserve Bank, Rosbank. Oleg worked in JSC "Vympelcom" from 1999 to 2002 being responsible for planning, budgeting and management reporting. From September 2002 to January 2009 he worked in metal and mining company "Norilsk Nickel" as director of economic department, deputy General director, Chief Financial Officer. Oleg has joined JSC "AVTOVAZ" in May 2009 as vice-president for finance and economics. He was appointed executive vice-president for finance and corporate development of JSC "AVTOVAZ" on September 2009. Ph.D., ACMA.
