Helen Teplitskaia has over twenty
years of experience in large-scale foreign direct investments,
mergers and acquisitions, creation and management of joint
ventures, government and public relations.
In addition to serving as president
of the First Iron Group
Ltd and president of the the American-Russian Chamber of Commerce &
Industry, she is a Board member of the Siberian Energy Group
(SIBN: OTC BB), Imnex
International, Inc. and Lecturer on international business and
markets and MBA graduate from Northwestern University
Kellogg School of Management.
A leading expert on
Russian/Eurasian affairs, Teplitskaia assisted leading
multinationals and government agencies, including Pepsi-Cola,
Motorola, Case New Holland, Ingersoll Rand, HeidelbergCement and
Government of theRepublicofUzbekistanwith foreign direct
investments, new market penetration and private-government
partnerships. She was featured on CNN, BBC, National Public Radio,

of Commerce. Her contribution to strengthening business and
cultural ties between Russia and US and achievements in public
diplomacy have been recognized by the 2008 Honors Award of the
