Crispin Osborne is a Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking for the CEEMEA region (which includes Russia and CIS) at Barclays Capital, based in London.

Mr. Osborne joined Barclays Capital in June 2010.  Prior to this he was CEO of Education Media and Publishing Group International (EMPGI) since 2008, a portfolio company jointly owned by the Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Group and a Private Equity firm.  In this role he was responsible for developing the company's education business across emerging markets.

He has over 20 years experience in the investment banking industry.  Previously he was at Citigroup for three years where he was Managing Director, Equity Capital Markets with a focus on the CEEMEA region. Prior to that he spent 15 years at Credit Suisse where he held a number of positions, including Head of Media and Telecoms, EMEA and Head of European Equity Syndicate.
